Punta Gorda, Fl. The former Impac University campus, a fantastic property overlooking Charlotte Harbor, steps away from my office, is now the newest acquisition of one of the largest landowners in America, Brad Kelley. Mr. Kelley is the 4th largest landowner in the US and the first billionaire to invest in the Punta Gorda area.
The Punta Gorda Historic District is one of the few top Florida destinations where the real estate values are taking longer to recover value and gives the opportunity to investors to buy real estate at prices more likely seen two years ago.
