Punta Gorda, Fl. Good news for our sellers. All prospects asking for our listings at Zillow and Trulia will speak directly with the KW listing agent and not with other agents. This is thanks to an agreement between KW with several syndicated sites.
The news was announced by Greg Decristafaro at the "Hey, get with the times" training for KW agents at the Punta Gorda Association of Realtors. "this is great for the consumer that now will be able to speak directly to the listing agent. The practice of selling leads that many companies do is just worng and only bring confusion to the market and a less positive experience" expressed Fernando Pettineroli, listing agent with Keller Williams.

Starting this week, all transactions at KW eliminate the need of paper and signatures are now 100 % electronic. "It is all about earning the trust of our clients by making the sale of their homes as easy as possible and giving our agents a competitive advantage" said Shannon Gorman, Director of First Impressions at KW in Punta Gorda.  The system brings absolute security in transactions and allow paperwork to flow at an average of 73.3% faster than fax or email.
