Monday, August 11, 2014

Miami, Fl. Market tendency in Florida is back of the levels of 2003, but with one important change: pre-construction values are almost double the price, according to a research published by Fernando Pettineroli, Realtor.
"The inventory is still low" estimated Fernando. The market is very open for foreign investors, because Americans still have problems to access credit to afford a home. "We are assisting medium size foreign investors buying on the mid $ 100's in several markets, for income purposes" stated Fernando. For Europe and South America, Florida continues to be a very safe place to invest in real estate.
The study was also backed up by a recent publication from

JPMorgan.
Those that were able to buy in 2010 are having high profits on their investments, up to 50 % in the Miami area and some times even higher in markets that were more depressed as SW Florida.
Still, some areas as Fort Myers - Punta Gorda - Cape Coral continue to be affordable with good units averaging $ 175K.
