financed offers.

In all cases, real closing buyers (not just prospects) agree that "prices will most likely RISE AFTER the election”, NO MATTER WHO WINS."

In fact, for the first time in a long time, the Miami real estate market has a slight overstock of about 6,000 properties: phenomenon not seen since 2009.

At the same time, rates are at a lowest historical rate. We have seen real deals at just 2.75 % annual for a 30 year mortgage. Some lenders even forgiving past “credit accidents” as foreclosures, etc.
