Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. Nothing really prepared us for this past week with 'Irma" in our lives.
The fear of having our entire inventory destroyed by a massive force like this hurricane, certainly made even the most skeptical souls to stop sleeping for several nights before the storm.
After the storm, with most brokers out of town in evacuation mode and many of us back to the reality of not having power, internet access, working computers, air conditioning or worse, obviously put business in a weird "stand by" mode affecting everything.

As soon the storm left, most of us rushed to check on our listings, finding with happiness that no damages were seen in any of them.
